Spiga 26: Hines unveils the new Milanese creativity hub hosting Audi City Lab
Milan, 7 September 2021 – On the occasion of the Design Week and for the entire month of September, Audi chooses Spiga 26 building to host Audi City Lab 2021: an appointment inspired by light, technology and innovation. Enlightening The Future is the installation realized this year by Audi signed by Marcel Wanders – a studio that worked in collaboration with the brand to design an immersive and sensory path inside the building. The space of Spiga 26 is flooded with light, the protagonist of the installation, used as a symbol of visible energy, as well as a source of communication and connection.
Spiga 26 – a project by Hines, leader in the real estate sector. A place of contamination strategically located in the center of Milan, ideal to offer the public a unique experience that every year stands out for innovative and technologically advanced installations. For the first time, the property opens its doors to the public to the innovative hub dedicated to activities, projects and stories of progress that anticipate the trends of the future.
Until September 27, Spiga 26 will host the exclusive project open to the public of the Design Week, MiArt and Fashion Week in Milan. In July 2021, with the event SEMINA – L’Infiorata di via della Spiga, Hines had already launched the first signal of revitalization and development of the historical Via della Spiga in Milan, in the heart of the Fashion District. Hines continues the program to restart the street by making available the spaces of its property, so that they become an experiential place where the future takes shape.
