MILANO AND VIA DELLA SPIGA

Luxury speaks a new language in the metropolises of the world: the old rules have been swept away, and ideas tested and changed. Milan is viewed as a symbol of design, fashion and culture. In a city that defies definition and cannot be pigeonholed, there is one street that used to be a high-society salon, where people would come to see, to live, to meet. A new space, with a new identity, has now been created here, in this street known by all, in this icon of present and future.

Milan is a creative, sensible city, and one that is investing to build a sustainable future – certainly from an environmental point of view, but also from an economic and social standpoint. It is the city that secured the 2026 Winter Olympics, a laboratory where a sharing economy is being created for Italy, and the venue for festivals and cultural events that open up to the world. With its Fashion Week, it is one of the four fashion capitals of the world, alongside Paris, New York, and London, historically leading the way in prêt-à-porter. Spiga 26 could only be here in Milan, where design mingles with music, books with nightlife, work with fashion, and cinema with shopping.

VIA DELLA SPIGA

Via della Spiga is more than just a street: it is a symbol of a world of conventional values and a stronghold of style and aesthetic choices, a history written by revolutionaries, poets and artists. Via della Spiga is one of the streets that form the Quadrilatero – the fashion district – closing its perimeter with Via Montenapoleone, Via Manzoni, and Corso Venezia.

This street, in the residential heart of the solid, upstanding society of Milan, was once home to art galleries and artisan’s workshops, and then came the fashion houses that dictate the trends of today. The metamorphosis of the street was completed in the 1960s. From that moment on, increasingly important names in the world of fashion began to choose Via della Spiga for its experimental, rebellious, and yet always sophisticated character.A street viewed as a champion of the milanese avant-gardes, capable of bringing together different disciplines and aspects of creativity and culture.
