Moschino celebrated the opening of its new Milan flagship store at the Spiga26 building, which is part of the urban regeneration project promoted by Hines. Designed by architect Andrea Tognon, it spreads over 380 square metres, from Via della Spiga and Via Senato. In the historic Palazzo Pertusati the brand has identified the potential of an experiential hub in the most creative district of Milan.
The meeting between Stefano Secchi, Moschino Managing Director, and Mario Abbadessa, Senior Managing Director & Country Head of Hines Italy, has produced a common purpose and a synergy to give a new face to Via della Spiga: a place of exchange between innovation, inspiration and influence, between fashion, design, culture and lifestyle.
The location selected by Moschino for the main flagship of the brand at Spiga26 is structured on several levels and overlooks the street. It underlines the trust and devotion towards the city of Milan and the Hines’ project, wanting to lead Milan towards an innovative and unconventional future. Today, the retail world celebrates a new agreement between partners, the landlord and the tenant, so that together we can plan a revival of via della Spiga between leisure and culture.
The Moschino Maison, founded in 1983 by Franco Moschino, will overlook the panorama of via della Spiga with its irreverent and ironic aesthetics, sharing its energy with the Milanese city ready to start again.
